I'm thrilled to share that we have publically announced the extension of the partnership with The Co-operative Bank through the Business Support for Co-ops programme for new and existing co-ops – helping fair and ethical businesses together.

Formerly The Hive, the support package has been given a brand refresh and is now known as Business Support for Co-ops. It continues to help build better co-operative businesses by offering up to six days of expert support, including a half day peer mentoring, to:

• Start a co-op
• Help for your co-op for existing co-ops
• Convert to a co-op for existing businesses looking to convert to a co-op

The Co‑operative Bank have announced a further £400,000 commitment bringing the total invested since 2016 to £2.5 million. To date, more than 1200 groups have benefited from business support.
